Phase 1: Before You Contact a Supplier

Give written approval only when fully satisfied. This approval becomes the binding reference for bulk production — do not approve out of time pressure.

Phase 4: Production Phase

Confirm the production timeline in writing. Ask for a specific delivery date, not a vague estimate.

Ask about packaging and labelling. Confirm whether individual packaging, care labels or any branded elements are included.

Check in at the midpoint. A short status update roughly halfway through production catches potential delays while there is still time to react.

Phase 5: Delivery Phase

Confirm the shipping method and expected arrival window. Build in a buffer of at least one week before your event date, even with confirmed delivery estimates.

Inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival. Check quantity, quality and packaging condition before your event, while there is still time to address any issue.

Plan distribution logistics in advance. Decide who will distribute the scarves, in what order, and how they will be presented — individually packaged, in gift boxes, or laid out for guests to select.
