We produce custom silk accessories in a wide range of sizes. Standard square formats: 45×45 cm, 67×67 cm, 90×90 cm and 140×140 cm. Rectangular formats include the Twilly (8×85 cm), stoles (45×180 cm) and pareos (90×170 cm). Fully custom sizes are available on request.
Our MOQ depends on the fabric type and the size of the products, with a minimum quantity per design within each production run. We are flexible depending on the specific materials and project requirements.
We use digital inkjet printing on all our fabrics, available both single-sided and double-sided. Digital printing allows unlimited colour use, extraordinary detail reproduction and low minimum per design.
At the moment, we do not offer custom packaging solutions.Each scarf is individually shipped in an eco-friendly transparent sleeve to ensure protection during transport while maintaining a clean and minimal presentation.
Yes. Our team offers design consultation and can assist in adapting your artwork for textile printing. We also have a library of ready-to-customise motifs and patterns. If you have a concept but no finished artwork, we can help develop it.
For optimal results, provide files in TIFF or PDF format, RGB colour space, at 300 dpi resolution.
We offer: 100% Silk Twill (12/14/17.5mm), Silk Satin (12/16mm), Silk Crêpe de Chine (14mm), Silk Chiffon, Silk Georgette, plus Wool/Silk, Modal/Silk, Cotton, Cotton/Silk, Cashmere/Wool/Silk blends and more upon request. All REACH-certified, produced in Como, Italy.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic dyes compliant with European REACH regulations. Our production employs a closed-loop water system to minimise waste and reduce energy consumption.
Yes. We strongly recommend printing a sample before committing to a bulk production run. It allows you to verify colour accuracy, fabric hand, print registration and finishing.

Every accessory comes with a standard Made in Italy care and composition woven label.
Yes. We offer a full private label service for wholesale buyers, fashion brands, luxury retailers and distributors. This includes custom design, fabric selection and branded labels — all under your brand identity and fully Made in Italy.
Sample lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks for machine-rolled finishes and 3–4 weeks for hand-rolled finishes.Bulk production lead time is 3–4 weeks for machine-rolled accessories and 4–5 weeks for hand-rolled finishes. Lead times may vary depending on order volume and seasonality. We recommend contacting us early for seasonal launches or event-driven deadlines.
Yes. The entire production process takes place in the Como textile district, Italy — the world’s reference for quality silk for over five centuries. From fabric sourcing to finishing and quality control, every step is carried out in Como.
Yes. We ship worldwide to over 30 countries. We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure safe and tracked delivery. Silk accessories are compact and lightweight, keeping shipping costs reasonable even for large volume orders.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are imposed by the destination country. We recommend checking local import regulations before placing your order.
We treat all design files and project information with the utmost confidentiality. Upon request, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing your artwork. Your intellectual property remains entirely your own.
Most silk accessories prefer dry cleaning for best results. Specific washing instructions are provided on the care label with every product. For delicate hand washing, use cold water and a silk-safe detergent, avoiding wringing or tumble drying.
Seraya Studios produces: scarves, twillies, pocket squares, stoles, maxi shawls/pashminas, pareos/sarongs, silk ties and bandanas. All products are available in silk and a selection of premium blended fabrics.
Yes. The same design can be printed on different fabric types within the same order. Each fabric type requires its own minimum order quantity, but you can run the same artwork across multiple fabrics simultaneously.
