Shipping Rates & Delivery

For orders outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Custom-Cut Fabrics
In accordance with standard retail regulations for personalized goods, returns or exchanges are not accepted for "change of mind." * Once a fabric has been cut from the bolt to your specific length, it cannot be returned.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We inspect every meter of silk before shipping. However, if you receive a fabric that is damaged, defective, or the incorrect length/article:
Notification: Please contact us at serayastudios@gmail.com within 8 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Condition: Returns will only be accepted if the fabric is in its original condition. It must not be cut, washed, or altered in any way.
Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Color Variance
Please note that digital screens may display colors differently. Minor variations in shade between the website image and the physical fabric do not qualify as a manufacturing defect. To ensure you select the exact tone you need, we strongly recommend purchasing our color card before placing your order.
